RNNR CALLS / EDITION 2026-10-19.1

Help, without the runaround

Trouble with a call?

First compare the exact call, event and acceptance time. Propose a result or mutual cancellation. The other participants must agree. Need a neutral opinion? Independently choose the same registered referee in the call's help flow.

Saving a support ticket creates a reference and an email draft. It does not send the email for you and does not make support the referee. Email [email protected] with the reference. There is no promised response deadline.

Deposit or withdrawal stuck?

Open Your bag, find the saved transfer and review its state. For a submitted deposit, paste its transaction signature and check the finalized receipt, or run deposit recovery. For a pending withdrawal, recheck the saved transfer rather than creating a replacement blindly. An unsigned withdrawal can be cancelled; an already authorized one must be reconciled.

Include the transfer ID, public wallet address, transaction signature and a screenshot of the error in a support email. Never send a private key or seed phrase. A balance mismatch, unclear finality or unsupported account configuration may require operator investigation. No support reply can safely replace checking the chain and the ledger.

Keep it an arcade

This is for adults and friendly play, not financial recovery. RNNR can lose all market value. Take breaks and stop when the game stops being enjoyable. This first release does not include automated self-exclusion, deposit limits or loss-limit controls; do not rely on controls that are not present.

In the United States, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738). The National Council on Problem Gambling provides independent help resources and online chat. Outside the US, seek an appropriate local service. This is separate from technical support and challenge settlement.
