RNNR CALLS / EDITION 2026-10-19.1
RNNR Calls Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-19.1. These terms apply when published with the service and accepted by the player. Operator: 1v1me.me, Inc. Contact: [email protected]. RNNR Calls is a Memecoin Arcade product.
1. What we are building
RNNR Calls is a regenerative, adult-oriented arcade experiment for making predictions and settling them with other people. It takes no platform percentage from challenge stakes or payouts. Its goal is play, community and circulation, not promising investment returns or income. This description is an intention and operating model, not a declaration that tradeable RNNR has zero market value or that every use is lawful.
2. Eligibility and truthful participation
You must be at least 18, satisfy any higher age requirement applicable to your participation, and not use the service where it is prohibited. The app records your declaration; it does not verify a government ID, screen every location or promise that its availability establishes eligibility. Your responsibilities do not remove the operator's own obligations. Do not misrepresent your age, identity, control of a wallet, acceptance time or the result of a call.
3. Accounts and authorization
A valid wallet signature authenticates an account. A persistent browser session authorizes ordinary game actions, including committing tokens and confirming results. Protect that session as well as your wallet. Only approve a browser-pairing code you initiated and verify the wallet shown in the original browser. We never need your personal wallet seed phrase. There is no password or email recovery that bypasses wallet control in this version.
Creating or accepting a call authorizes the stated internal reservation without another wallet prompt. Do not share signed-in devices or automate unauthorized access. Withdrawals require an additional wallet-signed authorization specifying the transfer. Losing wallet access may prevent withdrawal authorization; we do not promise to recover it.
4. Tokens and custody
In real-token mode, the service holds deposited RNNR in an operator-controlled account and records player entitlements in its ledger. It is not a bank deposit, insured balance or trustless smart-contract escrow. Tokens remain speculative and can become worthless. We do not promise a dollar value, liquidity, interest, investment return, ownership in the operator, or entitlement to an unimplemented roadmap feature.
Only matching, verified, finalized prepared deposits are automatically credited. Direct or unsupported transfers can require manual recovery and may not be recoverable. Check the mint and every wallet transfer before authorizing it. The app's records determine your available, committed and withdrawing balance, subject to verified corrections of actual errors and applicable law.
5. Calls, commitments and payouts
Read the claim, opposite outcome, exact event, cutoff, cancellation rule, amount and participation style before accepting. The terms of an accepted call cannot be unilaterally edited. Equal-stake individual matchups, split offers and proportional two-sided pots have different payout rules, described in the GitBook and the acceptance screen.
New commitments require sufficient available backing. Creating an offer reserves its initial backing automatically. Accepted stakes remain unavailable for other calls and withdrawals until resolved. Closing or expiring an offer releases only unmatched backing. A one-sided pot refunds on closing. Returns include the winning participant's original contribution; they are not all net profit. Pot rounding distributes all integer base units with no platform remainder.
6. Agreement and optional resolution
Participants normally settle by matching confirmations, or mutually agree to cancel. Every contributor must agree to settle a pot. A neutral referee may decide only after all relevant participants independently authorize the same referee. The operator is not a compulsory referee or automatically entitled to choose a sporting outcome.
A support ticket or an external search does not itself authorize settlement. We promise neither immediate adjudication nor a fixed support deadline. Disputed accepted commitments can remain reserved indefinitely if no agreement or authorized resolution occurs. Refusing to respond does not automatically win a call, release its stake or void a loss. Manual event timing and ordinary group trust are part of the experience; no live feed guarantees fairness.
7. Withdrawals and transaction costs
You may request your available balance, including tokens you never played and tokens remaining after losses. You need not have won a call. Committed stakes and pending withdrawals are excluded from available balance. Live withdrawals return to the authenticated account wallet, not an arbitrary recipient entered by someone with a browser session.
The service persists authorized transfers and reconciles uncertain submissions. A pending transfer may be delayed by outages, account setup, signing, custody discrepancies or missing finalized evidence. Never assume a failed browser response means a blockchain transfer failed. The user pays the deposit's actual Solana network fee; the operator pays withdrawal network fees in this build. Third-party purchase, trading and wallet charges may also apply. There is no game rake or platform payout percentage.
The current software does not invest, lend or yield-farm player balances. Any different custody or investment model would require a separate explicit agreement, implementation and applicable authorization. These terms do not grant blanket consent for one.
8. Conduct, content and privacy
Do not exploit software faults, double-spend, impersonate others, accept after learning an event's outcome, collude to deceive players, harass people or post unlawful content. You retain rights in your content and permit the service to store and display it as needed for the features you use. Share only information you are entitled to share. A call or room link may be forwarded and is not an end-to-end-encryption guarantee. The separate Privacy Policy explains records, providers and visibility.
9. Service limitations and changes
This is early software. Outages, data loss, bugs, compromised keys, third-party failures and uncooperative counterparties can create real loss or delay. No broad disclaimer excludes obligations or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, fit-for-purpose sports data, or that a publicly viewable token quote can be realized.
We may pause new calls or transfers to address a security or operational incident or a binding legal requirement. This is not permission to confiscate a legitimate balance or silently change the winner of an accepted challenge. Available claims and pending transactions must be accounted for during shutdown or migration. Material changes should be communicated before applying to new activity; accepted call terms are not retrospectively rewritten.
10. Getting help
Email [email protected] with the call or transfer reference, never a seed phrase. The in-app ticket flow saves a reference and opens a draft; you must send the email yourself. For gambling-related support in the US, contact the National Council on Problem Gambling, including 1-800-MY-RESET. The independent helpline is not the game's settlement service.
The GitBook describes features and risks, not a guarantee of legal classification or an override of mandatory law. A demonstration server's synthetic balances have no on-chain redemption, and its seeded identities are examples, not verified participants.
